Trimming knife type use method

To use: ‌

● After starting the trimming machine, ‌ insert the milling cutter vertically into the work object. ‌

● If trimming work, ‌ first attach the base to the working object below, ‌ and then slowly lean the milling cutter against the working object, ‌ to keep the machine stable, ‌ to avoid rebound. ‌

● After the milling cutter is pressed into the working object, ‌ drive milling, ‌ speed should be adjusted according to the type of wood, ‌ milling depth and the sharpness of the milling cutter. ‌

● If you can not move or the sound of the motor is heavy, ‌ should slow down. ‌

● Keep the trimming machine stable, ‌ avoid tilt, ‌ so as not to affect the verticality of milling. ‌

● After finishing the milling operation, ‌ lift the trimming machine vertically, ‌ to remove the milling cutter from the work. ‌

● If you use a T-shaped groove cutter or a flat cutter, ‌ should first push the milling cutter to the right flat away from the work, ‌ and then lift the trimming machine. ‌

Maintenance steps: ‌

● After use, ‌ turn off the switch of the trimming machine, ‌ and place the trimming machine flat on the work table, ‌ make sure that the tip of the milling cutter faces forward, ‌ avoid hurting yourself. ‌

● If not used for a long time, ‌ it is best to unplug. ‌
